This Privacy Policy describes how Texperts Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Clueless Imposter mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Clueless Imposter is designed to be playable without creating an account. We collect only the minimum information necessary to make the game work:

• Player name / nickname: The name you enter when creating or joining a game room. This is used only to identify you to other players in the same room and is not linked to any personal identity.
• Room and gameplay data: Room codes, clues submitted, votes cast, and round results, stored temporarily on our servers to allow multiplayer gameplay to function.
• Device and usage information: We do not require login or collect personal identifiers such as email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location. Some non-personal technical data (such as device type, app version, and crash logs) may be collected automatically to help us maintain and improve the App.

We do not collect real names, government IDs, financial information, or precise location data.

2. Advertising

The App displays advertisements (including banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads) served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and use data (such as advertising identifiers and general usage data) to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

You may be able to opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in Android Settings).

3. How We Use Information

• To operate core gameplay features (creating/joining rooms, submitting clues, voting, tracking rounds)
• To display advertisements that support the free use of the App
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve App performance and stability

We do not sell player data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Gameplay data (room codes, player names within a room, clues, votes) is stored temporarily on our servers to support active game sessions and is periodically cleared. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

5. Children's Privacy

Clueless Imposter is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can remove it.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service to support its functionality:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements (see Section 2 above)

7. Your Choices

• You can stop using the App at any time; no account deletion is required since no login is used.
• You can reset or clear the App's local data at any time via your device's app settings.
• You may adjust ad personalization settings through your device's system settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
